With over 16 years of industry experience, Tora Carter is a Visual Branding Expert known for her work with diverse brands and organizations, ranging from established creative entrepreneurs to municipal governments.
Her impressive portfolio includes collaborations with ESSENCE.com, Black Enterprise, The Virginian Pilot, Nissan, and Norfolk State University, among numerous others. Additionally, she has also lent her expertise to major events like The World Natural Hair Show and provided strategic visual branding solutions to city governments, including Boston, Hampton, and Norfolk, Virginia. After 16 years behind the camera, Tora has extended her Visual Branding services to include hair. With over 19 years of experience in maintaining healthy hair she currently specializes in braiding, cornrows and locs. She is available for bookings at Bushcutz Grooming Lounge in VA Beach.
